Customer support specialist
Bucharest, Romania - Remote
We are looking for a colleague in the customer support department.
You will join a team of over 25 people in several European countries and you will be part of the department that communicates directly with over 200,000 Pago users.
About the role
You will communicate in writing with the Pago users who write to us via e-mail or using the in-app Live Chat, but also with the suppliers and you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Pago team to report and solve any problems in the app. You can work remotely or from the office in Bucharest, and the program is flexible.
In this role you will:
respond to user requests using the in-app Live Chat and e-mail
respond to requests sent by the partners that make the application work: Banca Transilvania, utility providers, partners for insurance payments and recharges
check and solve problems with the insurance policies, together with the insurance broker
suggest app improvements and report any bugs mentioned by users
You are the right person if:
you know how to use a computer, but most important you have the patience to work with people
you have a good use of Romanian in writing and you know English at least at an intermediate level
you are at the beginning of your career (ideally 1-3 years experience)
you are willing to occasionally work weekends
